I love the way it feels in your hand and it is super easy to hold on to and not bulky at all.It also has 2 different speeds so you can start of gentle and work up to the higher speed. It also has this great little light on the power switch that makes it super easy to see all the little hairs so you aren't missing any (love that). I really like the face that this has 5 different heads that you can switch out so you don't have to buy or bring anything else with you, you have everything that you need in one little carrying pouch. My biggest concern was "is it painless?" I can say that although I can feel it as it pulls hair out, it's not a painful sensation for me. That is a big deal! It works really quickly as well. I love the different heads as well. The "file" that helps to smooth callouses has proven to be very useful. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that it didn't remove any of the finer facial hairs. It works as well as the expensive and while it is not "painless", I just felt a slight "pinching" when it pulls a deeper hair.
