I don’t know how I survived without this for so long! These are perfect adapters for children’s liquid medicine that requires a syringe. I haven’t experienced any leaks, and I love that the bottle lid can still fit on. 10/10!

Prefect for the fish oil I give to my dogs! Was using a childs medication dropper to administer fish oil to my Mini Schnauzers, but that always resulted in a mess and their beards smelling like fish oil. I had to find an alternative. One of my pups has a daily liquid medication that was done with a syringe and inserted to the back corner of the mouth... no mess! So I hunted down these to put in the Omega 3 Fish Oil bottle... it fit! Now I use a syringe to administer the fish oil and I no longer have a mess or smelly beards on the Schnauzers! I also don't have the PITA of cleaning that eye dropper now either. I bought a pack of 20 syringes and merely pull in hot water and eject it a few times to clean out the residue, and replace the syringe only when I need too.

These only come in one size (medium). However they are not medium, they are small. Highly upset, especially since it is nonrefundable! Do Not Waste Your Money!

works very well with the 60mL oval medicine bottles my pharmacy happens to give me for a particular prescription. the photo makes it look like 3 different sizes but when it arrived they were all one size, labeled medium. if you're looking to have a few sizes on hand to take care of whatever your pharmacy might throw at you then look elsewhere for a pack with assorted sizes. if you expect to always get the same oval medicine bottle from your pharmacy then these will work a treat.

These are great. My medication just came with a little syringe and a regular bottle so I was having issues getting it in the syringe without making a mess, getting the syringe all sticky, or losing medicine to inefficiencies. With these adapters, I just pop the syringe in, invert the bottle, and draw. No muss, no fuss.

As others have said, the hole that the syringe goes in is a bit bigger than it should be, so if you don't push the syringe up hard against the plug, you get leaks. It is hard to hold the bottle and the syringe at the same time as applying upwards pressure.

These were terrible. First they wouldn't grip the inside of the bottle at all, but we figured if we just hold it properly it won't fall out. Instead it fell into the bottle. Do not purchase.
