My fish like the stuff...but I must admit I don't like the taste.
It says on the packet....helps bring out colour...It seems to me to be true but its done nothing for my grey hair.Ok I have taken my silly head off....prompt well packed delivery...came the same day as purchase....not that my fish are starving...just impressed.
