Picks are Awesome for Tight Spaces on Firearms
Ordered these, as I've been unable to find a set of picks that have the angle and flat tips for an AR chamber. We have a winner here folks. Brass is decent hardness; if you really push on the tips you can bend them, but any regular gun cleaning duty shouldn't even come close to damaging these. The real win here is the specific angles, and that each of the picks has a flat point on one side. That's great for getting a cleaning patch into your chamber, and being able to move it around without just poking through it, as with most picks. Brush is a standard nylon brush you get with almost every run of the mill gun cleaning kit. These are amazing for firearms, and a host of other crafts and uses I still have yet to discover. Will be ordering more.

Should be in everyone's cleaning kit
Part of my every session cleaning tools. I also have the Pro-Shot Brass Gun Pick Cleaning Tool (available elsewhere on Amazon) and these things are indispensable. The brush is a nice add-on but I really bought the set for the brass picks. Each one's a little different, and they offer access to essentially any little nook, cranny or groove that their length will allow you to reach on a gun. Really nice to get into slide grooves on a semi-auto pistol. Well made, should last for years. The center portion of the tools is knurled, so no slipping; excellent grip. Just put your cleaning solution onto a patch and use the tips of these tools to get that patch where you need it. MUCH better than "Q-tips" not only for getting into tiny spaces but I always find that the swab sticks break so easily with almost any pressure. Long term, I think that this is more effective and cheaper than cotton swabs (also don't leave cotton fibers in the gun like swabs can, in my experience). Patches with these things are cheaper than the swabs. Safe shooting!

A Tool That Should Be in Every Cleaning Kit
Love these tools. The brass picks are perfect for gently removing carbon and lead, without damaging my steel slide.

Good quality and look like they should last.
Sturdy and useful. My only drawback is that their packaging is not reusable after you open. My gun cleaning kit is not large enough to hold these tools and I had to find another case to hold them. No insurmountable deal but it would be nice if they came in some reusable pouch.

Use these every time I clean the pistols.
These tools are perfect for getting into all the grooves. The heads on the picks are in the right direction for almost every conceivable angle.

Essential tools for your cleaning needs
Brass is better than stainless steel as it won’t remove metal from the firearms. It is a softer material. That is why brass bristled brushes worK SO Well at removing debris and stains. I use this pick on the chamber where my brushes do not reach. The different shapes allow getting to tight channels, edges or spots that brushes can’t reach. A nylon brush comes with the set but I find it futile. I basically use a bore cleaning solvent, then scrape after a few minutes. Then I use compressed air to get rid of debris. I always were a mask/respirator, as well as goggles because the stuff can aerosolize. It’s a must have for your cleaning needs.
