Bitter Sweet
Every year my sister in law would get a tree ornament from her mom. This was the first year that she wouldn't be receiving one, so I thought that this little gem would be a sweet gesture. It ended up becoming a story that was told multiple times over the holidays and the gift that was mentioned often because she was so grateful for the thought of her mom during the holidays. Caution though, be prepared for tears.

My mom recently passed away and when I saw this little ornament I couldn’t hold my tears. The engraving in the frame it’s beautiful and meaningful and that it is exactly how I feel. Nice and heavy, it really looks like it is an expensive decoration.
