Passion fruit is excellent
The powder is concentrated but not as concentrated as you think. I mixed a little in a few drops of water, and the concentrated flavor is excellent. I used this for making passion fruit cheesecake with 1:10 ratio, and it was quite weak in flavor. Basically 24 oz of cheesecake mix and 2 oz of the powder in a 9 in pie pan turned out to be good but not quite distinguishable as passion fruit. I think 1:5 ratio tastes more appropriate and you can try mixing it with some citrus flavor to bring out the fruitiness of it. So it would take half the jar to make a cheesecake.

Deliciousness
Add 1/4 tsp. powder to 2 cups BBQ sauce. It makes deliscious ribs! I can’t wait to add it to other recipes - thinking chicken next.

A burst of tropical flavor
Very natural full flavor. I added an ounce to a cream cheese and heavy cream whipped topping for my Ube Pie and it added a wonderful sweet yellow tropical fruit flavor to accompany the vanilla-like flavor of the ube, an Asian subtropical yam with a purple color.

Tasty and Authentic
The taste of this is excellent. The passion fruit is perfect in taste and aroma. I received this as a gift from my wife since I love passion fruit. This was perfect. We used it in making a great passion fruit cake and frosting.
