Not as expected, very cheaply made product.

Well packaged. Looked lovely. Great price. Lots of vapour but unfortunately no scent from my essential oils. Also cable connection on side rather than behind, so the connection and cable are visible when using and therefore detracts from the aesthetics of the item.

Had for 4 days, used three times with mystic moments essential oils, the last two didn’t smell correct, checked inside with a torch and could see an orange substance in the corners at the base of the container (used cold clean water and a few drops of clear essential oil). When I touched the orange substance it turned out that it was some colour from the plastic oozing out and the plastic underneath had melted and turned to goop (see photo), even though it was cold and it has not been near any heat source, this just seems to be a reaction between one of the most common brands of essential oil on the market and the plastic used.The melted plastic smelled exactly like burnt melted plastic, so this is what is causing the bad smell mixed with the oil.Chocolate fire guard comes to mind.Have sent back for a refund and will buy one with better reviews.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m concerned for the safety of this item. It makes a loud high pitched noise when switched on which I have taken a video of. Meanwhile it didn’t appear to emit any of the scent from the oil. It also looks and feels cheap with a white cable that plugs in half way up the side of the vase, making it impossible to hide. Very disappointing that I now have the inconvenience of returning the item.

I bought two of these for my bedrooms. I am not pleased I have had them less than 1 week. They are plastic and the bottom part has started to break off little pieces of plastic so doesn’t screw on now and the coating is peeling off I have included a picture. Really annoyed that I trusted the reviews. If this had only happened to one of them I would not have been pleased but both??

just what we wanted. run it at night for us. Different oils for different smells, just add to water and swith on. Thank you

This is the worst essential oil humidifier I have ever bought. I have 3 in my home and this one is utter rubbish! My others give out a very pleasant aroma and are so easy to use. This one is a pain from the word go and does not dispel the aroma at all. What a waste of money!!!!!

This is awful ,in first 2 hours coating came off ,then today it is leaking ,it's dangerous ,with electric.more waste of money
