Great product, it is also a natural worm expeller...
Bought these to get the benefits of natual sugar levels regulator, but this is a wonder plant. Literature says they are also a natural booster of immunity and worm expeler. I had a few cramps the first 2 weeks taking one daily, and I did expelled a 10 cm tape worm. I could not belive when I saw it. Took it for 3 months, got a break and going for it again in the 3 pack that it is even cheaper. New alternative studies confirms we have lot's of parasites inside. Our bodies are alwasy fighting them, as we grow older we have less fighting capacity, and the parasites take over. Flu symptons could be results of the killed parasites. EMF (cel phones, wifi routers), pesticides and poor quality foods are always bringing our immunity down. These are a great a lternative natural medicine to help you fight maladies off. Definitely helps control my blood sugar.
I find if I take one before bed then my morning fasting blood sugar dips below 4 mmol/L.I take them now with my morning smoothie and my blood sugar rarely peaks above 5 mmol/L despite there being 10 carbs in my smoothie.They definitely help with my blood sugar in conjunction with tumeric and cinnamon supplements so much so I've not taken metformin for a month now.
