Nu Republic Starboy 2 Over-Ear Wireless Headphones (X-Bass) (Black & Gold)

-the one thing that really impressed me is the built quality..the entire headset is covered with a matte finish rubber sort of material,which resists scratches effectively..-the second thing which is obviously important is the sound quality..the sound is very soft and soothing to the ears..the bass and treble is pretty good but not too impressive..i wish they could have worked on sound more than built..but overall sound is above average-i really liked the fact that the ear set have flexibility in all directions.. provide easy and comfortable fit for long hours-the cups are soft and the band is also not that tight.. exactly what i expect from over the ear type..-for the deal price it is good but do your research before buying any headphones..go through the description of any headphones and choose wisely..-also the Bluetooth and aux cable both works fine and dandy.and battery is satisfactory

I take reviews of others into consideration seriously before buying a product. And this one had 95% good reviews except one.. so bought it immediately as it was in its lowest price ( i suppose)At first when i received , i was disappointed , the sound balance was a bit off and bass wasn't even therebut i couldn't believe because it was highly reviewed but this one isnt .. so i placed a replacement and then the magic happenedAfter i received the replacement which was pretty quick like in 14hrs it was at the door stepThe Bass was so comfortable , it wasn't unnecessarily high as other cheap bass headphones ... had the perfect sound clarity and balanced and the SASSY look ...that's what i loved at the first sightIt really is the best but the noise isolation isn't really the plus ... its okay to an extentYou have to bear with the SOUND LEAK but really who cares when you are enjoying the MusicI feel so lucky to get a product this sick ( awesome)

The reviews of this product is misleading, the reviews are not of this same product model , the quality of sound is ok but it's not at all soundproof (the other person from a distance can easily hear what's playing very clearly ) it is very disappointing and I want refund but the refund option is not their ,there is only return and replacement option . Very disappointing product it's very bad

I purchased this product (Starboy 2) for ₹1990 and I feel it's totally worth it.Matt finish looks really attractive.Sound quality is adequate for its price, I use Poweramp player and music is good at 50% of volume.For YouTube, I need to increase its volume to 70-80% to really enjoy the beats.I did a few headphone tests available on the internet (while using Bluetooth), and it passed 95% of them, which is actually good.The bass has the thump and the whole earcup vibrates with it, but at some point of time you may find it superficial. It works best with the Equaliser.Passive noise cancellation does its job well, when the music is played. Otherwise it doesn't really reduce the noise.Mic is working fine.Bluetooth range is good, so is the battery life. Battery icon does appear in the navigation bar of my phone (Poco F1) and it shows the percentage battery left in Bluetooth menu, which is a handy feature.I just wish it had replaceable ear cushions. At 10°C ambient temperature, it keeps my ear really warm. I don't think it'll be too comfortable in summer though, you might not be able to use it for more than an hour.Till date, after reading & watching so many reviews of Funx 2 and Starboy 2, I've not been able to find much difference between both, not in terms of sound quality at least.Funx 2 has foldable earcups, whereas Starboy 2 has swivel design earcups.Funx 2 provides 10hrs battery life, and Starboy 2 gives you 12hrs.Also, Funx 2 product page states that the headphone has 50mm driver, but it doesn't really mean it'll have sound too. Inspite of having bigger driver, Funx 2 is cheaper.So, I think if you are tight on budget, you can go with Funx 2.At the time of writing of this review, Funx 2 is available under lightning deal for ₹1500 and Starboy 2 for ₹1990.Hope the review is useful to you.Peace :)Update: It's been 5 months since the purchase, and the headphones are working great. I just love its quality. Bass is awesome, you just need a good music player.The only con is during summer, the ear cups cause sweating after 10-15 min use, mainly because of synthetic leather covers. Otherwise, it is just awesome. I guess the company has released 3rd edition, atm this model is unavailable.
