Does NOT have a Cat Breakaway Clasp
Great price, fast shipping, solid construction, cute, solid non breakaway clasp. I have a Big Cat, who found out quickly with Cat collars to apply pressure and she is free. This is for small dogs but now my cat is safe. Highly recommended.
