A second or two or even a minute or two doesn't bother me since I refuse to live my life on that tight of a schedule. I really like the overall appearance of the watch along with the size and weight. I also have an El Cheapo quartz pocket watch from China that doesn't hold a candle to this watch. This watch fits nicely in the watch pocket of my jeans and also in the watch pocket of my bib overalls. One thing I do find rather odd is the color of the hands. If I look at them head on, they appear to be black. If I look at them at a slight angle, they appear to be Cobalt Blue. Maybe it's my eyes, I don't know. I'm so impressed by the quality of these watches that I placed an order for a second one this morning. I ordered a GCW18801G for those "dressier" occasions.
