This little guy compares very well with the expensive wood version my son got in terms of looks, and it sounds great too!Dial lights up old-timey orange when it's set to FM, blue when using Bluetooth, and the brushed bronze finish on the hardware looks true to the period. Had no difficulties connecting to Bluetooth or staying connected, but I've only used it in my bedroom so far and can't say how well it stays connected at a greater distance.The sound is very good for such a small speaker (I think it's better than some larger portable speakers I've had, too), though at higher volume levels the whole thing vibrates.
