The INSPIRED by Bassett Kitchen Classics Island Collection is constructed of solid hardwoods and engineered wood. Features include a convenient drop leaf that rises to provide dining and extra serving space. Also includes 3 easy glide, deep storage drawers with removable drawer dividers. The 3 shaker-style cabinet doors are accented with traditional bead board inserts. Behind the 3 doors are two spacious, distinctly designed, storage areas. The first is specifically designed to accommodate cutting boards, cookie sheets and casseroles with 2 vertical dividers. The second provides versatile storage for food, cookware, or dishes stacked upon the 2 heavy duty adjustable and removable wooden shelves. The 2 open storage shelves on both ends of the island are convenient for spice storage. Also conveniently placed on both ends is a thick antique pewter towel bar that matches the 3 drawer pulls and 3 door knobs. The top is available in a hardwood with 2 large pieces of 3/4” inlaid black granite. Review: Wonderful product!! BROKEN & CANT GET PARTS
One of the towel handles broke it is obvious that it was not manufactured properly. one of the door magnets was broken. All we have got is grief from the parts people. It was missing dowel pegs. Purchased these from my local hardware store because I had the island spread out putting together. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Beautiful but requires assembly
Amazon was great in handling some concealed damage quickly, Unit comes in three boxes requires two men to assemble. I would purchase again highly recommend product.

Cheaply made!
A complete disaster for the money we spent. Holes weren't all lined up, as well as having extra holes on the side. Apparently they screwed up the holes then tried to path them up only on one side. And one of the doors that were shipped between the other two, had a big hole in it. Not happy. 😤
