ASUS ROG GeForce RTX Nvlink Bridge with Aura Sync RGB 3 Slot Graphic Cards ROG-NVLINK-3

The 3-Slot ASUS NVLINK works as intended and is the new iteration of SLI with the RTX Nvidia graphics cards as SLI bridges are no longer supported by those cards. This particular NVLINK is big and very reflective, almost like a mirror (so be careful as it can easily smudge with fingerprints). Overall it has a solid and rigid construction but as I said it is bigger than it appears in person. The RGB lighting (controlled by AURA software) is bright and gives a good pop to an SLI rig and the ROG logo on the bridge appears to have an echo effect (like a fun house mirror or ghosting). This is definitely not a subtle bridge and makes a visible statement on your build. At $89.99 this is certainly not cheap and quite honestly seems like a cash grab (by Nvidia) considering most high end motherboards provide SLI bridges yet NVLINK costs considerably more and must be purchased seperately. Nevertheless, the NVLINK is the only way to enable SLI with the newer RTX cards and all of the NVLINKs are priced similarly. At the end of the day if you are building an SLI rig with the new RTX cards, the particular NVLINK you ultimately purchase is going to come down to aesthetics or brand preference. In regards to this particular model you can't go wrong, especially paired with other ASUS gear (I'm using the ASUS Maximus Code XI motherboard and ASUS Strix RTX 2080 Ti's) ***There are some reviews here stating they received a 4-Slot NVLINK instead of a 3-Slot NLINK when purchasing this item. While unfortunate for those initial buyers, I can only confirm my particular purchase was indeed the correct one in case anyone is weary of purchasing as of the date of this review.

Just bought one of these to NVLINK my two RTX 2070 Super Strix cards. Definitely a great looking addition to my setup and it feels very well made. Took forever just to find a 3 slot ROG bridge since they are discontinued and paid three times what I could find a 4 slot for on the Bay. But it’s a sellers market and I happily paid that for something that looks incredible and is nearly impossible to find. Synced up perfectly with the color scheme set in Armoury Crate without even having to open the software. A pleasant departure from my previous experience with ASUS lighting software. Have yet to set up the dual gpu in Nvidia settings but will do so soon. Beware this thing will increase already increased case temps due to having two cards side by side. After adding the ROG NVLINK temps increased by 4-5 degrees C per card. That would be my only complaint thus far. Did I mention this thing looks incredible? Oh and to satisfy the odd review requirements: yes I find the product’s “thickness” very satisfactory. Dummy thicc even.

Great product and great company to buy from. Will not fit well with 2080ti MSI gaming x trio cards. They are too big and will overheat so close together.

Well worth the purchase. The stuff that cards like RTX series and so forth will need. You just need to play the officially SLI supported games to know the benefit and in others the customised SLI profile. Adobe Premiere Pro gets a lot of advantage while working on 4k videos.

Not worth the money. I no longer trust ASUS and think they are dis-reputable. Many other companies make NVLinks you can buy from including NVidia themselves.

It works for me in my current case, but when I was using a NZXT Liquid cooler for my GPUs, it would not fit. Just keep its size and shape in mind and make sure its right for you. The colors are nice, it syncs to the top graphics card.

Love the aesthetic, be careful though it can scratch really easy.

The 3-slot NVLink fits and works perfectly with my Asus ROG Maximus XI Formula and my 2 EVGA GeForce RTX 2080s.

信頼のASUSですし普通に刺すだけで何も問題無くNV Linkになりますね マザボもASUSなのでAURA SYNCで他LEDと同期して光らせられるので統一感も出てナイス こんなの買う人は当然のように調べる＆チェックするとは思うけど、 3slotか4slotかは調べておきましょうね
