I take this supplement 4 to 5 times a week and have seen a reduction in my cholesterol levels as a result. It has a very earthy smell and flavor. The powder does lump up sometimes, but when mixed it does become smooth. I take mine with just a little water and am able to handle the flavor. In a smoothie, I could not really pick up on the flavor.

Have it on my order subscription for every 3 months. Take it every morning instead of coffee and keeps my energy up all workday and great before workouts to give me a surge of energy when a take 3 tablespoons.

We really like this beet powder organic great taste; improves circulations. and can reuse the BPA free bottle. great when eating out left overs.

I bought this as it’s suppose to be good for you. It can help with blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. What I didn’t know at the time was that maltodextrin (an ingredient) in it, can possibly cause blood sugar to spike & rise if you are diabetic or pre diabetic. So, I can’t use it. Delivery was good, ordering was easy. I gave a 3 because of ingredient added.

I bought this product to help with cholesterol levels, and I don't know yet if it is helping in that department as I haven't had to have blood work done. But I love this product anyway because it tastes GOOD and gets me drinking more water. I'll buy it again.

This was the worst tasting powder I have ever tried. It taste disgusting like eating dirt!!!
