Yep...They are fuses.
Purchased a 10-pack of 0.5A fast blow to replace the fuse that blew when i accidentally overloaded my digitial multimeter. There were 10 in the pack. I have not sacrificed one to see if it is on spec. But i trust that it is.

Some were faulty
2 of the 10 fuses didn't work straight from the package. Luckily, I only need a couple, and the rest work fine. The sizing was perfect as well.

SMALL FUSE NOT A COMMON SIZE
These fuses are required for my car-rodent sonic repellers and they are a size not commonly found at Lowes or Home Depot....so this 10 pack is good in case a fuse blows
