If you see one starting to tear vs. pull away, stop and move to a different corner. Patience is key, but once you get the hang of it it isn't bad. I think it took me about 15 minutes total.For the glow, it doesn't last long (haven't timed it but seems to not glow bright after about 30 minutes or so in the dark). But it's cute for getting our littlest off to sleep & glows bright for a little bit (light & dark pics attached). ### ⭐ Great design, only glows for minutes *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2019* I left these under a bright lamp and sunlight through a window for an hour to “activate.” After installing, I watched them slowly lose their glow as I put my toddler to bed. I could barely see them as I walked out of her room. I bought these to help keep her in her room all night and that isn’t going to happen because no way are these going to glow all night. I know, you get what you pay for, but I loved the design so I took a chance. Of note, it’s smaller than it appears in the photos, but that wasn’t a negative for me. They were easy to install if I peeled very carefully.
