It has been better on previous orders
I have had this before and loved it. However I guess I just got a bad batch this time and it just seems incredibly dry and different.

Similar to caribbean guava cheese, yummy, but a tiny bit stiff
Got these in attempt to find something similar to caribbean "guava cheese". Not sure if theres much of an intended textural difference but the exterior was a bit stiff/dry for my liking as if they had some decent amount of air pass over them and were not what i'd imagine was the most fresh, though the date on them seemed fine. Tiny bit of spice(not spicy heat but i mean seasoning) to it that seems to differentiate it from guava cheese. Other than that they were very yummy and about 85% similar to what i was hoping for. If they were softer, i'd be happier, and i'm not sure if thats how this style is made or if mine were just a bit staler in some way. Due to those preferences, i'm on the fence about buying again though as i'm not sure what to what to fully expect with stiffness/apparent freshness
