My hair is naturally really black so will this work on my hair?

Hi There, The result you obtain will depend on the natural color of your hair and any other coloring products in your hair. Before choosing a haircolor shade, it is important to start by identifying your natural haircolor. Haircolor is divided into 10 levels--from blackest black (1) all the way to lightest blonde (10). If you plan to use a classic permanent haircolor, you can lighten your natural haircolor up to 2 levels, stay the same level, or generally go as dark as you want. Can this damage your hair?

Honestly, pretty much any permanent color can as they have to use a penetrating chemical for that permanence.

About the only way to avoid a chance of weakening your hair or potential damage, especially as you repeat color, is to stick with temporary or semi permanents that rely on just a surface dye.

Fir many/most people the damage is minimal or so small as to be unnoticeable if you’re careful and follow the instructions.

And there are some really good shampoo and conditioners for color treated hair that extend the life of the color so you don’t have to color as often.

My daughter  is a hair color fanatic and her hair is in good shape. I’ve been coloring mine on and off for thirty years and my only really bad experience was with a color remover back in the 90s.

That is very high, my daughter bought me two boxes at Walmart for under $20. I love this Fuchia color tho and Feria is the only one I've seen this color available in a box. Usually they discontinue trendy colors- this may be why this is so high. I would stock if this if a color you love
