**Q: How does this compare to the OXO one?**
A: My OXO top also broke! Disappointed because it OXO is usually a great product!

**Q: Can you load Waterwipes with the original packaging (w/o removing all the wipes to dispenser) if you don't care to use the caddy window?**
A: Yes, but it would be a tight fit. The dispenser works so perfectly when you take them out of the original packaging, I can't imagine not wanting to. The lid stays open when you want, closes tightly, and the wipes stay moist. It's an awesome device. I also like that it allows me a chance to check my Water Wipes for any mold, which I started to worry about after reading some reviews. My husband and I were skeptical at first about the Ubbi wipe dispenser, but we love it now. I'd list it and the Ubbi diaper pail as favorites among our baby gear.

**Q: Can you press down on lid to open it?**
A: No, you have to lift the lid to open it. But I like this one better than the other I have that you can press down on lid.

**Q: What is the container and plate made out of?**
A: Both are a sturdy plastic. The plate that holds the wipes down on the inside is a good heavy plastic material. This item is durable and well made.
