Volume buttons cannot be pressed thru case had to cut case for it to work
This is a cute case but not made well for the Samsung Note 9. The volume buttons cannot be used because the case wasn't made in a way that easily presses into them through the case. This was for my teen daughter's phone & she really wanted it, so I ended up cutting the case over the volume buttons area so that it would work. It's unfortunate because it really is cute.
