KEYESTUDIO ReSpeaker 2-Mic Pi HAT V1.0 for Raspberry Pi 4/4B, Raspberry Pi 3 3B /2B Review: After installing drivers the 3.5mm speaker output is set to 0% - First I thought the 3.5mm output wasn't working, but found that the volume is initially set to 0%. I'm running headless with Raspberry Pi OS 12 so I used command line wpctl status to identify the sink, then wpctl set-default and wpctl set-volume to raise the volume level. Hope this is helpful. Works great and the price is low so I ordered three of these hats. Excellent. Review: Works - That's what it says. It does fifth grade on my pie

It's working with a raspberrypi zero 2w
I bought this to attempt to create a locally functioning voice activated smart device using the Wyoming protocol with Home Assistant. It seems to be working. For the price, this hat is a good buy and functions as advertised on a raspberrypi zero 2w. Make sure you follow all the instructions for downloading and installing the drivers.

Not the easiest setup but got it working
Set this up on a pi3B+ to make a voice assistant satellite. WM8960 drivers are included with the latest version of Pi OS (a little help from the internet and I was able to get aplay -l and arecord -l) so I didn't use the drivers from the manufacturer. I'm also currently not wanting to make use of the RBG LEDs or the button so that isn't a big deal. Voice recognition works better with this setup than on the Voice Preview edition btw. There's several hats floating around that use the WM9860 and of varying prices FYI.

Outdated or just does not work!
Bought this card based on the reviews and tried to make it work with Raspberry Pi Zero. Followed the documentation on Seedstudio diligently for this product for Raspberry Pi. It just does not work as documented. Every step is a hurdle. Takes lots of research and workarounds. Starting to feel it's just a waste of time trying to make it work. Either the library is outdated and has not kept up with later versions of OS or just bad documentation. Either way, not a pleasant experience. Will try for another couple of days and if it does not work, will return. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
