I drink Starbucks often. I enjoyed this cold brew. It was a milder flavor than Starbucks.

Q: Is it suppose to be refrigerated _prior_ to opening?

AVA HOUSE® Authentic Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is shelf stable and do not require refrigeration until after opening. For best taste and quality, we recommend consuming products within two weeks after opening.

Q: what is the practical (unopened) shelf life?

From the one I received in January it expired in August so right around 8 months or so.

I had found the caffeine content somewhere, but my bottle is gone. It took a little digging on their website and Google but I found it - 135-165 per 8 oz, diluted as directed. So not that different from regular coffee.
