Having trouble finding my return info. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Entry Level Gaming Chair *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2018* I selected this item for my son who is a gamer and spends a good bit of time in front of the computer. It’s a rocker style gaming chair, a style of chair with which I was previously unfamiliar, and I was hopeful that it would be an enjoyable accessory for him. Unfortunately, it is not as good as we had hoped and it doesn’t really meet the need. For what it is, it is acceptable at the price point.I’ll start with the basics. It is a padded, faux leather chair with built-in Bluetooth speakers and feedback sensors for vibration response. A lot of other gaming chairs have this kind of configuration. I’ll confess to being skeptical of the vibration feedback in particular but I did not have high expectations for the speakers either (based on having worked with dozens of Bluetooth speakers over time). Instead of being a typical stand chair, this is a rocker which sits on the floor - not suitable at all for sitting at a desk. It’s reasonably lightweight and easy to move so taking it to another room is easy enough. It is bulky, though, so this is not the kind of accessory that you’d pack up and carry to a friend’s house.Bluetooth connection is straightforward and easy and we had no issues connecting to phones, tablets or even the PC. It uses an older Bluetooth standard so there should be little issue with support. Once connected, the speakers kick in like you’d expect.We discovered a couple of issues that make this less than ideal. First, the chair itself comes in the box and folded in half, and Velcro is used to fix the chair into a fully upright position. That’s ok, except that the Velcro is a weak point and it’s a matter of time before it weakens. The chair isn’t all that expensive so it isn’t a huge loss if the stitching around the Velcro fatigues, but be aware. Second, the speaker quality met expectations and is relatively mediocre. Finally, the vibration feedback isn’t all that effective and seems more of an afterthought.This is not a terrible chair, but I hesitate to call it particularly good.
