Unfortunately this was outside the "amazon return window" and I had to contact the company directly. The company was very understanding of my situation and allowed me to exchange y robes (which were beautiful), and I must say the customer service and communication with the company was phenomenal! I had to return my package to China which was surprisingly not that expensive and again the company kept me informed every-step of the way as they shipped out my exchange order, and maid sure to ship my exchange upon my email proving that I indeed shipped my original purchased. Overall they made me a very happy bride and I wish more companies existed like this company.As for the product, the product is great quality and looks absolutely beautiful, however, if you are a medium or slightly larger size, definitely get the XL size. Medium would probably fit best for those who are very petite and small. Knowing this all my gowns ordered were XL and fit beautifully!!!
