I have been taking this for close to three weeks. I have lost almost 4 pounds in that time. To lose any kind of weight, I usually have to starve myself but I have not changed my diet (which I know I should). I do feel less hungry at times. I haven't felt any side affects like I have read about for others. It's not the miracle drug as some companies describe, but I am happy with it so far.With the pounds I have lost, I am starting to feel better about trying to improve things in my life such as my diet and getting into some exercise.I am definitely going to continue to take this and suggest it for my friends too and see if it helps them.

I bought this about two weeks ago. The pounds have not "melted" away, but I have lost about 2.5 pounds since taking this which makes me think that it might be working. Actually, I am glad that the pounds are not simply melting away which can be dangerously unhealthy and I feel that my gradual weight loss with this supplement might actually be real if that makes sense.I like the fact that green coffee extract is a well-known for containing lots of chlorgenic acid which is a great anti-oxidant. I mostly take this for the benefits of the chlorgenic acid and the weight loss is a plus actually.I haven't really been exercising but plan to combine this with walking as it starts to cool off and hope to see some better results.As far as energy goes, I feel like it might be giving me more energy but that might be because I am happy to be losing weight. I don't feel jittery like another type that I tried before.Anyway, I plan to continue taking this and see how it goes.

I have gone through a bottle now. I have lost a few pounds, but I don't know if that is due to this supplement or not. No complaints so far. A new bottle is already on its way and I hope to lose some more weight!
