Now that we've gotten it all put together, it's a nice piece but the time and effort to get it right was not fun.1. The decorative piece that goes along the bottom below the drawers was broken. We reported it and got a new one in a few days. Not a big deal.2. We added corner braces (a total of 8) to the interior space in the front and back because it was wobbly.3. We added side braces (a total of 6) again because it was wobbly.4. We added another foot in the middle (a wood slat given to us for free at the hardware store) because it was bowing a lot in the middle even with the two feet that came with it.5. The glass door hinges were too short for the doors to line up with the drawers. We had several conversations, including sending photos, with the manufacturers' engineers and they just kept saying we put it together wrong. Thankfully my husband is handy and he added shims so he could make the hinges extend out farther so then the doors lined up with the drawer fronts. After explaining that to the engineers they said they were sorry and kind of acknowledged that it was a manufacturing error.In the end, if we weren't handy this would have been a nightmare. Now that we have done all of this, we really like it. The styling is really nice and is exactly what we wanted it's just sad that we had to do so much work on it to make it a solid piece.

I laughed when I read the reviews about this product. Guy breaking a screw while assembling the door handles(yeah right)...well it happens, these screws must be made for paper because they will break. Oh before I forget, don't and I repeat don't drop the plastic door handles, yes that is correct PLASTIC; they break into pieces upon impact with the floor. The instructions, oh wait, did I say instructions? What instructions? I should say the tiny pictures magnified to the point your saying to yourself, "what the heck is this?" To be honest great product once put together and you replace the handles with handles from lowes and add two extra foot supports to the bottom front and back to prevent it from flipping. I completed this assembly in 4 days as it was frustrating looking at the pictures to figure out what the hell it was telling me to do.

Absolutely terrible instructions when putting together.

Instructions... C'mon.. how hard can it be to write a few things with the pictures.. pictures only instructions with this amount of small pieces and hardware is a nightmare.. like others have said, it is almost black.. packaging had some tears in it but nothing was damaged. that's not the sellers fault.

I don't feel it's worth the amount we paid for it due to a few things.First it is not expresso in color, it is more like black. Which is a problem since we have dark brown furniture and we wanted it to match.Second there are a few places where the wood lament is already coming up. We just got this yesterday and put it together last night and it's already coming apart. Not going to last very long at this rateThird the handles are plastic. Very cheap! They look nice but it does not seem like they will hold up long. Does is really cost the manufacturer that much more to have sturdier handles?Fourth the hinges and very cheap. They work for now, but also don't seem like they will hold up a long time.Fifth the box came with a giant hole on the middle. Luckily the piece with the hole on it dose not show on the front. I know this is has nothing to do with the manufacturer but still frustrating.All in all I wish we would have chosen a different item. This was not what we were hoping for

Quality is good and shelves were versatile in middle to fit what we needed. Only negative for me is the color is more of a black than expresso so is a but darker than the rest of my furniture.

What a piece of crap. Instructions confusing! Thats why i never buy these kind of items on line. Dont waste your time. Not worth the money. And its made for tvs 80"...hahaha its too narrow. Tv stand right on edge not stable....Im soo disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was just as classic as shown on the pictures. Very good product, difficult to put together but it's worth it.

Several shades darker than the image on Amazon.ca - the true colour is almost black. If you are looking for a dark brown item - do not purchase this item. Easy to assemble, but the instructions could have better wording and descriptions. The drawers operate loudly and feel very low quality - I do not store any items in the drawers and therefor do not use the drawers, so the low quality is not an issue. The doors and door hinges are very good - I installed soft-closers on the door hinges due to every door in my house having soft-closers and the accidental hard closing of the doors was irritating and worrisome.If the colour of the image on the Amazon.ca website was accurate and the drawers were a better quality, I would rate the product 5 stars.

Took me and my wife a couple of hours to put this all together but it was well worth it. The materials are better than average (it's not solid wood but better than press wood). The instructions were clear, the packaging protected the shipment, the end product was as shown. It presents very well in our living room.There are two centre legs in the middle of the unit. They need to be considered when moving the unit, if you do slide it, they will bend or break.

Good product but problems to fix the doors and a cheap material. To dark the color of this furniture, not like in the photo.

Arrived broken. The main plank that would form the top of this stand had a deep crack that went through the middle, you could see it had been snapped in two. Further pieces were scuffed and scratched or gouged. Also arrived late.Those issues aside it's clear that even if it wasn't broken this is a very low quality product, cheap craftsmanship and parts definitely not worth the price-tag.
