I was a little worried at first because it arrived in a bag, and I was expecting it to be protected by a box. However, the package arrived fully intact. As soon as we pulled the dress out of the bag, we noticed a strange odor. We are hoping that goes away before she wears it at the beginning of May. The next thing we noticed is how absolutely beautiful the dress is!Our daughter normally wears a size 10 at a popular girls store here in the US. A size 10 can be a little big but an 8 at that store is too small, so we opt for the bigger size. We bought this dress in a size 10, hoping it wouldn't be too big. As soon as it arrived, she tried it on and it fit perfectly!She was so excited!The sleeves and lace top of the dress are very soft. This fits perfectly and needs no alterations.
