IMHO, this is an EDC item to be used in a pinch, not a 'tool' per se. But it's as close as it can get! This a perfectly designed well made product. First test: okI was able to remove an exterior wood screw set by an impact driver. It. Was. In. There. Hard. I had no problem getting the leverage needed. This is a beautiful 1/4" nut driver for everyday carry or for delicate precision work. It is small. Check the dimesions. At 8.5 cm you aren't going grab it for a heavy job, but to prevent the walk back and forth to the toolbox, this and a small selection of bits in your pocket will save you an hour a day. Great for a go bag too.It uses a steel ball for retention in both drives rather than a magnet. I can go either way and retention seems adequate.Have I mentioned how beautiful the design and quality is? You won't find better. It is a joy to use and based on the build, your grandchildren will probably be using it.Just place the order, and yell, "take my money!" It is joy to find a product like this in a sea of disposable junk.

Really tiny, but I knew that going in. The fit and finish is really good, no grit, no burrs. This worked well with the bits I happened to have around, which were Wera bits, they fit nice and snug but I think any quality bits will do. Most of the slack was in the ratcheting mechanism itself. The bonus is that by placing the bit in the other end of the wrench, you get a quite comfortable "screwdriver" style of operation especially if you use the extended length bits. The only gotcha when using bits in the handle end is the hole is too shallow for the sprung ball detent to engage properly, on most bits, so bit retention is poorVery good quality though, the ratchet feels smooth, I hope it lasts, I am pleased with this purchase

Excellent and high quality tool for easy carry and small space jobs

This is a great addition to any toolbox. It allows you to use any 1/4" hex screwdriver bit as a ratchet wrench, or insert it into the end of the handle for quicker turning. Seems very well build, I've used it a lot and it hasn't let me down!

The kind of tool that puts a smile on your face and makes you feel good to use it. Clean design and quality manufacturing, kudos to the people who engineer and manufacture this. Mine said 6mm on the box but seems to work fine with 1/4" bits.

I use this as part of my on-bike and travel cycling toolset, paired with PB Swiss bits and Topeak nano-torque bit holders. The ratchet is extremely high build quality for the price, and is a joy to use. Some have reported play in the ratchet but I haven’t experienced that at all. I’m a bit of a tool snob and this combo is the result of a couple years of refinement.
