How well will this cut polycarbonate sheet?

I used it to cut 1/4" polycarbonate sheet and it did a good job. Used it in my Makita track saw.

Will this fit the Makita Track Saw?

This blade is 6 1/2". If you are using the Makita track saw I am familiar with, it is sized for a 6 1/2" blade. So yes, this blade should work for you.

can this blade be used for fiberglass?

Yes it is, but the higher the tooth count the better. Fiberglass may tend to splinter so go slow and put masking tape or painters tape over the cut line on both sides. Pull it off towards the cut line when removing it.
