Get Those Popeye Forearms - One Of The Best Investments I've Made
DISCLAIMER: This is my own personal review of of the product and my own experiences with it. Do not attempt to use this product without consulting a health professional. The texture of the grip on the handles will dig into your skin and it can be uncomfortable to mildly painful. If this will be an issue, I'd advise against buying these grippers. Due to the weight ranges of these grippers, they are not for the average person. These can possible make you bleed depending on your skin and the weight you use. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. These will last me a lifetime and continuously challenge me. I've always been known to have a strong hand shake and having people wince out of pain when shaking my hand. I thought I would give this a try and see where I measured up. I had cheaper grippers on Amazon that goes up to 60KG and has a knob in the front to adjust the weight. I maxed it out so decided to move on to the big leagues. I wanted Ironmind Captains of Crunch (CoC) as those are world renowned for being the toughest in the industry but saw these. A price comparison (as of 8/04/2022), one hand grip of CoC goes for $25 while these 6 piece set goes for $50. Economically it was a no brainer. My only concern was whether the weight was accurate or not. The 6 piece set starts at 100 lbs and incrementally goes up 50 lbs to 150, 200, 250, 300, and 350 lbs. If I were to purchase the CoCs with like weight, that would be over $150 after tax. Let's just say all the hype I had about myself vanished after trying the 150 lbs. I could easily close it and rep it, just not all the way to make the handles click. The 200lbs I could barely move 1/3 the way. After seeing small guys on YouTube closing 250 and 300 with ease, I knew I would make this a routine. The key to improving grip strength and moving up in weight is to focus on the negatives. Try and close it as much as you safely can and hold it for as long as you can up to 10 to 15 seconds. Then slowly release. I did this with the 150lbs about 3 times a day on each hand. The rest of the day when I had dead time I would rep them up to 20 reps per hand at any given time. After a couple days I was able to 1 rep max the 200 lbs. Im also close to losing the 250 lbs! (Check video above) I was shocked! Before I couldn't even budge the 200 let alone 250 and in a few days I could do 1! I keep it on a carabiner I attach to a belt loop on my pants. I use it whenever I get the chance and its a good talking piece when other coworkers want to try and prove their strength. From what little I have read, and not sure of its veracity, is that hand grippers help with circulation and thus COULD POSSIBLY be beneficial for blood pressure and overall heart health. Take as a grain of salt and ask your doctor about this. PROS: Economical Entire Set Sturdy Heart Health (?) CONS: Box is not a gift box, as advertised Texture (reason for 3 stars on comfort)

Great Set of Grip Exercisers at a Fair Price
Great set of grips for building grip strength. I’m working my way up to the 350 lb one, but for now I’m using the 100 and 150 lb grips. They feel well-made, and the price is reasonable. Pick up some 1/2" round stickers (cheap on Amazon) and a fine-point Sharpie. Once you put the rubber grip on the metal handles, you can’t read the weight since it’s printed on the metal. I wrote the weight on the sticker and placed it on the end of the rubber grip.

Excellent strength curve- don't understand the negative 'helpful' reviews.
These are great grip strengtheners. I have seen reviews disparaging the knurling for being fine, but I can't relate. I have slightly-large but not very-large hands, and have no difficulties at all- they feel great. My lady friend has no problem gripping the 100. As for the complaints regarding the incremental increase being uneven- I can't discount that someone may have received a poorly manufactured set (though I will note that everything about the manufacture and packaging on mine feels high quality). My suspicion is that they do not realize what squeezing above your limit feels like: this is responding to the 'most helpful' review, that the 150 isn't that hard, but the 200 is very hard. The jump from 100 to 150 is significant, as is the jump from 150 to 200. The question is- 'can this be used to improve my grip strength?' and the answer should be 'yes.' This is a set that can be used for someone who is trying to get seriously strong grip. Once you've 'conquered' one resistance to the point that it feels easy, the next one should feel hard. At the risk of sounding like I've taken to Amazon to brag about my hand-strength: once you can hold the 200 completely closed-shut for an effortful 5-count, the 250 is a good step up- you won't be able to close it all the way. It feels hard. It should, or you wouldn't be getting anywhere. The 300 is another step up- it moves with enough concentrated effort. The 350 budges, but not a lot. That's exactly what you want- something that is quite difficult, but doable, as a stepping stone to achieving your desired outcome- in this case, gorilla-strong hands. Anyway, to be more concrete about the whole thing, I do own a 100-150-200 set, and they compare very closely to this set in terms of resistance. I would not pass over this set on the basis of complaints that the resistance is improperly calibrated. It's not cheap in $$, but it does not feel cheaply made, at all. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Productive way to pass the time while waiting at red lights.
+ Great workout tool. A healthier toy than a fidget spinner for the road. + I do various workouts with these. Timed holds, max rep count, for example. You can really feel the resistance! + Effective progress. My grip strength has improved over time thanks to these exercise equipment. + Once you've acclimated to one handgrip, you can move up to the next. - One obvious drawback is that it's not all one adjustable handgrip. This is a set of 6 different handgrips. . Tip: Before you buy, keep in mind if you have room in your closet to put all the unused handgrips. - Not super comfortable. The ridges provide grip friction, but without foam they're not comfortable to hold and squeeze. I don't mind though, because foam wears away. - To be honest I think $37 for this set is a little expensive, since I don't use this exercise toy often. Also, when I bought this set I was already far stronger than the 2-3 weakest grips in the set, so those unused ones are kind of a waste. - Minimal noise level. Just a little squeak, but you can certainly lubricate the coils. Furthermore, the squeak is no bother compared to the noise of traffic.

MOST HELPFUL REVIEW.
These are every bit as strong as what they are marked, I’m 6’3 220 and workout 3-4 days a week, the 100lb is the only one i can do sets of 10 with, the 150lb i can squeeze fully closed a few times, the rest are goals. I recommend the average person buy a pack that starts at 50lbs and goes to 200lbs most will never pass the 200 even being consistent. Good product, do not regret my purchase. They are comfortable if you slide on the silicone grip cover, you need to stick your wet finger inside first so they slide on easy.

Amazing Value and they compare to Coc!
I love these, they got me into grip training and made me realize my forearms were weak. I could not close the 100lb one at first I was close (yes that’s pretty bad but hey I’m just 15.) I worked up to 150 before taking a break then am almost there with 200 I just need like the thickness of 2 pennys worth to close it. I wondered how these compared to Coc ones because I saw reviews claiming the 200lb one was like a #1.5 which hurt a bit because the #1.5 is rated as 167.5 by IronMind. I did not get a Coc gripper to test this theory instead I got a limited edition cannon power works x grip genie rated 111 pounds to test it. Yes the rating system is different as the #2 is rated at 105lbs by cannon PowerWorks (compared to 195 by IronMind) so therefore making the grip I got slightly harder than the #2 and how much easier the 200lb grip was gonna tell me how close to Coc grippers they are. Here are my results: My cpw x gp4 grip at first attempt could only be closed to Parallel The 200 pound gripper is real close to a #2 like very close since it not way easier just slightly as I get past parallel but barely need any more to close. So these in fact are accurate according to the IronMind rating system. Again the cpw gripper is rated at 111 in canon PowerWorks compared to the #2 (105) and #2.5 (125) so if what I said above were to be true then this gripper should be closer to the 200 pound Logest gripper than the 250 pound one. In the end its true so the #250 one should very closely resemble a #2.5 Thanks for reading this if you wanted to see how they probably compare to Coc grips.

Worth the buy
This is most definitely a worthy investment. Low to high weight tension. The grip will make your hands tougher and for those with soft kitten paws they include cushions..aw.

High quality
Good ones, and really hard to move from the smaller to the higher weight

Don't underestimate your grip!
I ordered these because I needed to improve my grip strength, given that I have small wrists and could barely hold a barbell for reps while deadlifting. So far, I already feel my grip improving over time as I train with the smaller weights, and I'm excited to see progress and finally get a good grip in the gym. These are some good quality grips, and I would recommend to any beginner or advanced weightlifter.
