Q: With the mb511spo-b, I have to reboot to get the sdd to show up as a slave and when trying to boot from it, the sdd will not show in the bios. Help!

Have you tried connecting the 'unseen SSD' with its own cable, not connected to the Icy Dock, and see if it will be recognized in the bios?. I'm assuming the SSD was already initialized. I don't think this issue has anything to do with the Icy Dock. If you don't get a resolution from trying this I would do a Google search for this issue.

Q: Can you purchase extra ez-slide micro tray supports both 2.5" ssd & hdd (5mm to 9.5mm)

The MB5111SPO-B does not use trays.
