Size XL didn’t fit XL gent

Brought a 2xl didn’t fit XL gent however customer service was fanstatic and we had to go up extra size all perfect

Way too small

Way too small, I ordered a 5xl and although it says 5xl on the label it fits like a 1xl. It's rediculously small. I am very disappointed.

UK 4Xl only a L/XL

The jackets itself is lovely and soft and very warm BUT the sizing is totally wrong, it is at least 4 uk sizes smaller than stated in chart. However the customer service was fantastic when I contacted them and I am happy with my experience with them.
