Tube not sealed properly
Hello, I used this product for the first time today since it arrived yesterday and the seal at the end is not sealed properly and is defective, the contents come out the wrong end and is not usable. Please send me a replacement product ASAP, as I need it to treat a wound from a minor operation.

Moisturizing
This is soothing especially in winter. Like a good balm, not sticky. It is a little hard to get out of the tube, but a little goes a long way.
