This year I moved to 4 seasons country where there are days when the sun doesn't shine that bright a.k.a on winter. So this supplement really helps me well to get the amount of D3 that I needed. The K2 also helps my nose to prevent the nosebleeds in the nose that occur because the air is too cold. The capsuls also so cute and easily to swallow.

This is my third order of magnesium glycinate, and it has worked really well for me. It helps me sleep better and feel more rested.
