Is this product unscented, fragrance free?

Sorry, they are not. These are not as strong smelling as the ones with acetone. However they do smell like alcohol, if you open the package than let it sit for a few minutes there is only a slight smell. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Are these safe to use on clothing?

I would think so due to the fact that there pretty dry and not very potent. They aren't very good for ostomy care.
