I ordered a large as I am normally a women's small. Also, the larger size was the only option with Prime and I needed the item asap for an event. My only complaint is that it's slightly on the loose side. I wish it was a little more fitted so it can lay flat on my back from behind. Speaking of which, I also wish it just went to my bra strap. It actually goes 3 inches or so below my bra strap, which wouldn't be a problem for some, but - if your dress is empire waist, it ruins the look. I'm 5'2, so maybe if you're 5'8 or taller (or have a tall torso) this will work well for you.
