Highly recommend!
Great product! Melatonin pills don’t work for me, but this product works great! Within minutes of taking it I fall asleep. It also helps with falling back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. It arrives quickly too.

It works like a charm!
Two of my children have ADD and their sleep cycles were so out of whack that even when they were dead tired, they would just cry their hearts out and wouldn't be able to fall asleep. I also have an adult child who struggles with bouts of energy and depression and his biorhythm was also misaligned. The liquid formula has brought some routine and stability for all of us (not to mention the exhaustion we were dealing with!!!) I am using 1/4 (one fourth) of the recommended dose for the 5-year-olds and my 19 year-old takes between 1-2 ml. Even though this is a very low dose it renders the desired results. I have read elsewhere that melatonin may cause bed wetting as it stimulates urination, and indeed, in the year and a half we have used it, my little ones have had ONE occurrence each. Since they go to bed around 9:00 p.m. and I do at around midnight, I just nudge them to use the potty. They basically do it sleeping, potty, go back to bed and we're all good. It works for us.

Great product that is alcohol free
Too early to tell yet as I’ve only been taking it a few days but I haven’t woken as frequently during the night which is a bonus! Taste is mediocre but I just put it straight in my mouth!!
