Item small is for arm dia of child. I am a small slender woman and it does not fit. Also, seems too thick and it piches and hurts at closure. You are supposed to tighten with a light amount of pressure. hurts even without pressure. Would not recommend

Wrong size to bad for the buyer.
I ordered this item for my tennis elbow. I measured the arm like instructions said and so I order the small. When the product came it was too small. According to the actual product in hand I would need the medium. Now it says you can't return this product. I used their measuring system to determine the size. And their measurement and size is wrong. Don't buy this product. Even Amazon does not back up returning it, this was not made clear. Don't buy this product. I now loss 12 dollars.

Worst service
I have measured the size as per their instruction and ordered for Small one. But that is too small. The product does not go with the size description given in the site. It is also mentioned "can be returned" while purchasing. But after purchase, it says "cannot be returned". I suggest not to buy this.

SLIDES OFF
IT WOULD BE FINE. SIZE IS CORRECT, BUT IT SLIDES OFF NO MATTER HOW TIGHT I MAKE IT TO THE POINT OF CUTTING OFF BLOOD SUPPLY.
