I was in a tight spot and needed the tile some my contractor could finish the job. Unfortunately, the contractor didn't look at the time until he was ready to use it. One of the boxes had every piece messed up. The other two boxes was fine. I had to put the messed up tile in spots where it wouldn't be so noticeable because I didn't have time to send it back. Review: Just what we were looking for - Yes, we wanted all matte tiles, including the black dots. We had ordered the same pattern tiles from American Olean through a local flooring company, but after waiting 2 months, we were told they no longer make unglazed. The Daltile had same pattern but glazed and glossy black which would not match our existing black tiles. This was a 6 to 8 month search until we finally found these unglazed, non glossy tiles to match our 1930s original wall tiles. Other reviews and the answers to questions on this product posted at desertcart helped tremendously. Cartage was very helpful after we called, and sent a sample sheet within a few days. The white is still whiter than our old white tiles in natural sunlight, but in LED lighting from our Panasonic FV-08VKSE3 ventilation fan, the tiles actually looked less white and antique like. It is very beautiful. It does say "made in China". We would not know the long term true integrity or quality of these tiles, just installed last week, time will tell....
