If you have had a Malibu C Crystal Gel treatment at your local salon to remove mineral before your color, you will be fine. If not the hair color is sitting on top of minerals and not deposited correctly into the hair shaft, then there could be some fade.

Can this be used on hair with blonde highlights?

Yes. You can. I have highlights with brown hair.

Can the scalp and hair treatment be used together? Or is that not necessary.
