Awesome product!
This thrower works flawlessly. I set up at the range waiting for my guests, so I let others at the range use it. It made a hit. Everyone loved it. When my guests finally arrived I knew that everything was going to be good, being that it was already tested by the other shooters. So far I've been to the range twice and each time I let others use it too, so we've shot at least 600 or more clays with only a few glitches mostly do to defective clays. The only problem I had was when I assembled it. I notices the plastic part at the front of the thrower had a couple of broken pop rivets in it, so I just replaced them with new ones. That was really the only problem I had. I improved on the design by replacing one of the bolts in the handle base with a lynch pin, which makes it real easy to fold handle down, so it fits very nicely into my Camry trunk. The clay holder just pulls off easily as well. Most throwers have to be transported in a van or truck bed, not this one.

Worked well the first time
Although the instructions were a little weak, this was easy to put together. When I took it to the range it worked well the first time and there were no errors or broken clays all day. I'm looking forward to more trips to the range. My order was shipped as promised and arrived at the Post Office as Promised. But the USPS refused to deliver it and I had to pick it up myself.

Clay shooting fun!
Canโt express that this is being used and living it. Building it was a bit tricky but we got it.

Chinese Made Junk
Cons: Poor design, poor quality, no quality control, poor assembly instructions, no user guide/manual. I read all of the mixed reviews on Do-All but decided to take the risk since it was less expensive than Champion, the closest competitor. It also has an integrated wobbler/oscillator option which is two separate components for Champion. I figured that fewer separate components equates to less weight, less bulk, and fewer points of failure. After spending 2 hours assembling everything with very poor instructions, I took it out for a test. Immediately, I discovered the plunger was crushing the clays. Since, it doesn't come with any kind of manual or troubleshooting guide, I spent a couple of more hours attempting to resolve the issue. Finally, I went online and found a troubleshooting guide that said to cut the plunger spring down to reduce the pressure. It seems ridiculous that this is their method of adjustment instead of simply designing some sort of simple slide adjustment for the plunger block. Anyway, I followed the instructions and cut the spring down. This seemed to resolve the crushing issue. I went to run another test and found that now, it was firing continuously. Again, I went online and found instructions to adjust the limit switch. I attempted to do so and found that the adjustments didn't make a difference. I tested the limit switch with my Ohm meter and found that it was defective after less than 20 cycles. This doesn't make me feel very confident that a Chinese replacement switch will last any longer. I also noticed that the stacker rods slide up on the base pins due to vibrations while operating. It seems like it would've been very easy for Do-All to design a better way to attach them so that they stay in place. I called Do-All customer service and received a call back about an hour later. They seemed rather clueless and could only offer trial and error troubleshooting. After already wasting a day and a half, I was not too inclined to continue performing their testing, troubleshooting, and quality control. Do-All has been in business for 10 years and they still have the same issues that customers have been complaining about for years on the online forums. I guess the old saying is true - you get what you pay for. Update: I called Do-All back to order a replacement limit switch. They were not willing to expedite the shipment and their standard shipping is 5-7 days. So, although Amazon delivered for free in 2 days per my prime membership, Do-All was unwilling to expedite a replacement part after I put forth all the time and effort to troubleshoot and identify the problem for them. Furthermore, I mentioned the issue with the stacker rods sliding up and their solution was to wrap the base pins with electrical tape. I couldn't help but laugh.

Works great!!
Update: I still stand behind the comments (below) about the difficulty of getting someone on the phone. That wasn't good. Also the limit switch was smashed to bits due to rough handling in shipping and poor packaging design. After I got the limit switch in the mail and installed it myself, I tried to put the device together. It appeared that several small bolts were missing. It was a circus on the phone. When I finally did get a guy to answer he didn't have any information to give me so I could just go to the hardware store and buy the missing bolts. He put me on with a supervisor (no answer, then later on he called back) who was very nice and who bent over backwards to calm me down and try to come to a solution. He Fed-Exed me a bunch of hardware (way more than I asked for) to be sure I had what I needed. In the end I discovered the missing hardware which had gotten jammed inside the large spring during shipping. That was my fault completely but an easy mistake to make as the spring is large and that isn't a place where you might normally go looking for missing small bolts. It would be nice if they included a parts list so you could do an inventory before you begin assembly like they do with book shelves and stuff from Ikea. Poor written instructions but it comes with a slick DVD assembly instruction video which is easy to follow. Once the device was completely assembled, I went to a junk yard and bought a used car battery to run it on. From there it has been a pleasure. The device works well with only two small flaws. First, occasionally it will mis-fire if you don't hold down the foot pedal long enough but you don't want to hold it down too long or it will then fire two birds in a row. Second, when you get to the end of the stack there isn't enough weight to force the last bird or two down into the feeder so one or two birds will remain in the feeding tube until you put more in. It throws hard and well and works like a champ. I'm now quite happy with it. Four stars due to the bad packaging and nonsense on the phone. Original review: Garbage. POS. Broken parts scattered throughout the box, a limit switch smashed to pieces, springs, plastic crunchies, and more. If you are going to send it unassembled please try to pack it in such a way that it might survive the trip... . No one on the phone during hours that people might actually be putting this together, 8-5 CST Mon - Fri. Of course I'm going to take time off during the week to do their assembly work or better yet try to make a call from work during the day. When I did eventually get someone on the phone (during the work day) he sent me a new limit switch that took a week to get here. Then parts were missing for assembly. When I did finally get someone on the phone a second time, he didn't have the information to tell me what to get to finish the job myself so he put me on "with his manager" who of course didn't answer. This is too expensive to be broken and missing parts for assembly. Poor phone support at best.

bought in summer 2014
well, ts been about a decade since i bought it. still works great. only major part i had to replace was the main spring. the knob broke off after about 7 years. been using a impact wrench to tighten and loosen the spring. Have some wing nuts on the handle so i can remove it during storage and transportation. I been greasing the chain as well. might be time to swap out the spring that loads the clays. when this one kicks the bucket, ill probably get one that throws doubles or even triples.

Great product from Do-All
Just what I wanted for sporting clays. Easy to assemble. Throws a great bird. Simple to use and safe. Make sure to have a good battery to operate this thrower, it will drain it down after an afternoon of use. I have a deep cycle marine battery that I use.

I really like clay shooting but I had no idea what what ...
I really like clay shooting but I had no idea what what kind of clay thrower to Purchase, after calling the army navy store and asking questions was told the best one they had tried was a do-all but had 0 in stock. I bought the raven do-all clay thrower in November 2015. Had heavy rain most of the winter, First time I used it I was amazed at how well it performed other than loosening and tightening the bolts to change the elevation angle. I then got a Volkswagen windshield wiper motor mounted it in the bottom frame then built a link up mechanism to make the thrower move the full length of travel up and down the slotted part of the thrower then added longer bolts and lock nuts so nothing would work loose now every time I push the foot pedal both the thrower motor and elevation motor runs so the clay comes out at a different elevation.

Great product imo!!
This product exceed all of my expectations! It took me a long time to set it up because I thought it would not be that great but... Once used I regret not doing it sooner. I would recommend this to anyone.

Lots of work required to make this thing work
I bought this product in conjunction with the wobbler. The wiring on the wobbler looked like it was sheared right off at the point where they go through the frame . As a result of this when turned on the gear went all the way around twisting the limit switch arms the wrong way. My buddy used to repair electronics and was able to not only fix the wiring but recognize that it was inferior and needed to be replaced. We upgraded that and then used plastic wire harnessing to protect them. The thrower itself needed so many fine tune adjustments that we wasted close to 100 birds before getting them out without breaking. Had I not watched so many videos when trying to choose a thrower, I would not have seen all the adjustment videos and would have had to send this entire purchase back. Its a shame that after spending $900 + we had to fix and re engineer the thing in order for it to work like it is supposed to. It seems that customer support here is at a minimum. There is very little instruction that comes with this purchase.
