Having been gluten free for the best part of 8 years now, there are certain foods I really miss and spaghetti hoops were up there. UNTIL NOW. For one portion for myself I cooked up a quarter cup of Anellini as per the instructions, then added to half a tin of already heated & on the hob tomato soup, pour over a couple pieces of gf toast and there you have it, your own gluten free spaghetti hoops on toast. INCREDIBLE. I was worried the texture wasn't going to be right & it wouldn't taste the same. I was wrong to worry. The Anellini texture is perfect, super easy to cook. A little goes a long way so for only a few quid a bag, this is fantastic value for money. It'll be great for kids and adults alike.
