We had no prior experience with any baby monitors so originally we thought the sound volume was faulty as it is really low and we not convinced about the range was that great. However before we returned it we purchased a very well know competitors which was the same specification as the Babymoov, 360 pan, not wifi, same stated range etc. This was so awful it made the Babymoov look first class and change opinion fully. The other monitor could not compete with the Babymoovs range and picture and shockingly sound. Picture is brilliant especially the night vision and the screen is a compact handy size. We have also got used to the sound volume it is always on the highest setting but is a good background sound. UPDATE: changed to 5 stars. (Should have done it ages ago) Our monitor packed up just before 1 year. The Babymoov representative re-assured us its fine and were are covered by a lifetime warranty. We sent over a video of the issue and they promptly sent us out a replacement unit and this one is going strong for several years and used with our next child. We couldn’t be without it. That is worth the price paid. LOW BATTERY TIP: if the monitor beeps for low battery even when charged turn it off then unplug the battery then plug it back in. Should show true charge then.

Great video monitor, perfect picture and sound quality. Literally just plug it in and it is good to go, no need to try to connect the two devices as it does it itself. No need to read any instructions.

Like some people have mentioned the sound can be on the quiet side as the speaker is on the back and is quite small but overall the quality is great. We've had issues with charging mainly - the cables do seem to not go in well and like others said you can't seem to use alternatives because they have wider rubber bits. But the cables provided are very long at least. Otherwise the reach across a large house and even garden is good if you don't want a wifi/phone based monitor. Picture quality is good too. Customer care via whatsapp has advised us to remove battery to reset once before, and I will now need to contact them again as we are getting the same issue. My daughter is not even a year old yet so don't feel the quality is there with battery life and sounds like a known issue. Very frustrating.

The sound is very poor, you have to pick the monitor up and put the speaker to your ear to be able to hear it clearly. Picture quality and night vision are good. Build quality is very poor, ours broke after 10 days, the monitor would not charge so ran out in the middle of the night, on a night where our baby had a temp of 39 and tonsillitis, so god knows how long he was screaming for before we woke up which for a £180 baby monitor is terrible, would not trust this brand again. Go with the Eufy, it's cheaper with better features and camera.

This review is more about the excellent customer service that I have received from Claire at Babymoov. I misplaced a part for my camera and while willing to purchase a new part, Claire recognised that they do not sell them separately and has gone out of her way to source the part for me and have it shipped from France, free of charge (well she hasn’t asked for anything yet!). This means that we can now move baby into her own room without having to find a makeshift way to fit the camera to the wall. Peace of mind due to a first class customer service experience. Will definitely purchase Babymoov products in future and recommend to friends.

Decent camera/monitor system for the price. Does everything needed and is well made. The monitor picture is clear and comes with a variety of useful little tools. Camera moves 360, which is great Downsides - camera is rather large and bulky and needs to be continuously plugged in unlike the monitor. The talkback function is a nice feature, but receiving volume through the camera to baby is really lacking

Purchased as a replacement for our original we have had for over 10 years with constant use. Here’s to another 10years. 👍🏻 More expensive than most but trust me the extra cost out ways the 10 year lifespan.

Das Set hat neben der guten Bildqualität ein sehr gutes Funksystem, was mir wichtig war. Ich wollte weder etwas fürs Smartphone, noch etwas was über das WLAN Netzwerk geht. Deshalb haben wir uns für dieses Set entschieden und es nicht bereut. Im Urlaubshaus in Spanien haben wir die Kamera mitgenommen, wenn der kleine geschlafen hat und wir noch draussen gegessen haben zb. Die Kamera hat die Möglichkeit, dass diese an die Wand geschraubt wird - Alternativ auch einfach per 1/4 Zoll Gewinde, welches der Standard für alle Kamerastative ist, irgendwo zu stellen. Empfehlung ist zu 100% da. Der Akku des Displays hält einige Stunden. Ist auch sehr schnell aufgeladen. Finde ich absolut spitze!

J'ai acheté la Caméra debut mars, je suis assistante maternelle donc top de pouvoir connecter plusieurs caméras avec un seul récepteur . J'ai pris aussi une camera supplémentaire. Ce qui est bien dans la caméra c'est qu'il y a un seul récepteur pouvant aller jusqu'à 4 caméras. La vision de la caméra est vraiment pas mal du tout. Je compare par rapport à une autre marque très connu aussi. Qualité d'image ouf et on peut bouger la caméra sur un angle assez large. Petit plus qui aurait été pas mal vu le prix de la caméra c'est d'avoir un bouton directement intégrer sur la caméra sans devoir allumer le récepteur pour la veilleuse et la musique. Si le récepteur est allumé, en allumant la caméra le dernier mode mis d'active automatiquement. ( veilleuse et la dernière musique mise) Si dans la chambre avec bébé pour réactivé quand le récepteur est allumé, juste éteindre et rallumer la caméra pour que tout se remette en marche. Il faut aussi penser lors de l'achat de la caméra à acheter l'adaptateur pour la charge du récepteur et la caméra. Juste le câble usb est fournit. Niveau récepteur, pas assez instinctif pour beaucoup de manipulation mais on finit par y arriver. J'ai eue du mal a bien connecter la caméra 2 et surtout savoir comment passer de la première à la deuxième caméra. Si on programme musique et veilleuse sur l'une et qu'on passe sur la deuxième camera. Si on reste dessus et qu'on éteint tout. Lorsqu'on rallume la première il faut tout reprogrammer. Dommage. Niveau zoom, il y en a un tout petit donc si on veut bien voir bébé dans son lit, il faut que la caméra soit assez proche. On peut régler le vox soit off, soit 3 niveaux de sensibilité, La portabilite n'est pas ouf non plus. Oa chambre était à même pas 50 m avec les mur et selon la position de la caméra avec le récepteur, j'ai perdu plusieurs fois la connexion. Dans l'ensemble un très bon produit. Je le recommande mais il reste un bon investissement.

Nos encanta esta cámara porque no usa wifi así que solo se puede ver la imagen con el monitor previamente configurado (mayor seguridad para los niños) y tiene visión nocturna genial. La opción VOX funciona muy bien y en general es ideal.
