Arrives defective!
Just received my Doormate. Decided to plug it in to make sure it works before placing it above the door. I noticed that the power switch was already in the “On” position. And the owners manual has some folded edges. The top piece of styrofoam is dirty too. Is this unit used perhaps?Unplugged the unit into the wall and there is a constant loud beeping. All the LED’s are blinking and motor is turning the main gear, forever! Pressing the button on the unit does nothing, nor does pressing either of the entrance switches.Packing this up now and sending it right back!
