I had no issues with the product. Everything worked. Keep in mind if your a novice this is simply not just change some line and add gas. Your going to need a vaccum pump, r134a adapter high low side. Oil injection tool. Possible if you've been leaking gas. Is it doable yes as you can rent the tools. It not a bad job just very time consuming.This solves a common issue with older suv where the line that feeds the tears has either rubbed a hole or the salt belt has ate the line. If your Tahoe or Suburban is not leaking a/c above the back passenger tire, it will soon. I will always buy American built when available. The low-pressure hose was too long. I suspect I got the suburban version although I verified that I ordered the Tahoe version. Rather too long than too short but this made it difficult to route the extra length without it kinking.
