Works Very Well, but Cannot Be Stored For Long After Opening
This is a wonderful item, but does come with somewhat of a caveat. We recently purchased a 28 year old home that had a broken/cracked piece of tile. This product did a fantastic job of repairing it, and the damage is no longer visible. A week or two later, I tried to use it for a few small chips in the kitchen tile and the product was dried up in the tube, thus requiring me to purchase another. Yes, the cap was on tight. Not to take away from how well the product works, just be certain to do your repairs in a day or two if there are multiple areas to be done. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

False description don't waste your money
This was not at all what description stated it was about ten cents of regular caulk that never hardened after 1week n never bonded to the stone was soft n useless would not b able t repair anything . It's a shame that amazon do anything when there is a bad product cheating the consumer . It's a rip off n has none of the qualities it claims to have

Sent Wrong Color
UPDATE: Great customer service. After the review was posted they contacted me and offered a free replacement with no strings attached. This was for something I had bought 8 months ago. They really seem to stand by their customers --thank you for that. Updating to 5 Stars from 3. First off this stuff actually works. I have had several hairline long cracks and thought I would have to order several tubes but oddly enough it appears one was enough for me. The fine nozzle helps to guide for a precision application without much waste. I gave it 3 stars because I was disappointed that they sent the wrong color-- I ordered beige and didn't get to actually use till several months later when I realized what they sent me was actually white. The package had a stuck on sticker label stating beige over the original package writing indicating White. I would like to think it was an honest mistake but too bad It was outside my return window. Very disappointed since while worked it does not blend in and visible under casual observation. More disappointed since at the time of order White was significantly lower priced than Beige so paid more for something that cost less. Normally I wouldn't have been bothered with it but price per unit seems quite high IMHO and won't be very cost effective for larger projects. Other than that seems like a good product but only time will tell how it holds up against hard floor cleaning machine usage.

Not a filler, only a finisher
Overall, I’d look in a different direction. Colored epoxy might work better - my wife suspects this is the repair we have in another section that I envious of. You cannot fill with this product, no matter how many times I fill my locations, when this product dries it leaves a concave finish. It’s annoying…really really annoying. You will have to fill with something else for sure. You can, however, for 50 dollars get a really good color match if you follow there color guide sheets. It’s an approximate when working off the sheet, but the color I was able to get makes me happy…however, all the other issues make me think twice about using it again (I’ve made 3 orders for my current repair, spent about 80 dollars, and I am “meh” happy at best) Pros: 1. You can get really good color mixes if you are willing to spend about 50 dollars. Cons: 1. Does not finish hard. Finishes more like caulk 2. Won’t fill even small cavities (smaller than the instructions) 3. Difficult to apply if you have to color mix. Once it is out of the tube, what do you use for a good application? At best, you could use a small pastry bag if you have one handy (I don’t) 4. Deep fills definitely require a separate, harder product that won’t drip into cracks or fissures 5. I don’t have a hair dryer - product should work right without beauty products to finish and cure. 6. Expensive

Might as well have used superglue. This stuff is worthless.
It's cheap but man was this difficult! I bought this to use to fix my late father's plate that broke during a move. I went into it super positive since it's a stone plate it broke really evenly so there were no missing pieces, they were all large pieces and this should have been easy..... It wasn't. I followed all the detailed instructions but this stuff did not stick to the stoneware at all. I had to have my partner hold the pieces in place with an oven mitt while I blow dried it so it would stay. Ideally, you'd have three or four pairs of hands to be able to do this well. I wasn't able to level it at all, I didn't have enough hands to hold it in place, level it, blow dry it, etc. It wouldn't stick to the stoneware while wet, so leveling it was impossible since it would just fall apart. If you happen to have eight hands, this is a steal but if you only have two, just buy a hot glue gun or hire a professional if you need to fix a plate and still want to use it. I won't be able to use this plate anymore, that's for sure. But hey, maybe it will make a nice decoration piece since it basically looks like modern art now.

MagicEzy stone repair
MagicEzy stone repair kit worked for me. Color matching was a little bit tougher, but I eventually got the right color matching. I used it to repair my travertine tile. Two years later, and many scrubs later, still looks great. I am happy with the product.

This is amazing stuff
It was easy to apply, and saved us from having to replace any tiles. It doesn't fill hairline cracks, but little divots just disappear.

Does not work.
Tried to fill in cracks in a tile but came out of the cracks when trying to smooth over. Awful results.

Chip off the old block
Seemed like a good idea for repairing a chip in my bathroom floor tile However don’t expect a level finish after one application; due to evaporation the area filled soon sinks . So the chip I’m repairing required several coats to get anywhere near a level finish Not great value for money either in my opinion , I’m sure the profit margin for this product is huge
