## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these bamboo cases and blankets actually keep you cool? Been waking up all sweaty lately**
A: Pillow cases are cool to the torch when you first put your head down. It lasts about 30 seconds. If you flip your pillow at night the coolness gives a brief moment of relief. I don't have the sheets so can't comment on them. The cases wrinkle beyond belief though and are extremely thin fabric. The "envelope" opening style doesn't stay on the pillows I have (My Pillow brand).

**Q: What's the thread count?**
A: Dear customer,
The thread is 230TC.
You can contact us by clicking the orange button “Ask a question” at our storefront or call the customer service phone directly.
Thank you!

**Q: Laundry instructions?**
A: It is on the attached label.
I was mine in warm or cool water, never hot.
Then I hang them to dry.
I also iron them if I have time and they are so soft and wonderful.

**Q: will it fit an 18x26 pillow?**
A: It will only fit a standard pillow.
