SOLARAY Glucomannan - 600 MG (100 Vegetarian Capsules)

This is a great supplement to add to my keto diet and helps keep me on track with my weight loss plan. I had first tried the Nature's Way Glucomannan, but I found those sometimes hard to swallow, in addition to not liking having to take 3 per dose. The Solaray capsules are smaller and easier to swallow, and it is only 1 capsule per dose. For me personally, I did not find a noticeable difference in taking the 3 capsules of Nature's Way vs 1 capsule of Solaray. In fact, my weight loss has been better since taking Solaray (though because of keto, it could be a coincidence.) A tip for people who have trouble swallowing capsules - make sure you take a drink of water before taking the capsule to make sure your throat and mouth aren't dry, or else the capsule will stick.

I haven't noticed a big difference in my appetite at all when I take this. I'm pretty disappointed but I will finish the bottle to see if maybe I'm taking too low of a dose... I did the recommended but I just don't feel anything like more full.

Have only taken a few, but they do the trick. Very filling, but doesn't dissolve well as mentioned in other reviews. Not the products fault, works fine.

Love this product, it really helps to keep my hunger down. I've barely eaten today, and still don't feel hungry

I tried this product for about a month and the only thing I've notice is that it makes me very gassy. It didn't do nothing more for me.

It did what it said it would do and I coul not be happier. Definitely, a great buy for me!
