Does bullhorn make sounds?

Bullhorn amplifies your voice (our 5 year old grandson thought that was pretty cool!) but doesn't make sounds of its own. Hope this helps!

Size of helmet? my 4 yr old grandson has a big head

My son just turned 5 and has a HUGE head and it actually fits him. I was shocked. He seriously has like an almost adult sized head already. Kid hats never fit him, but this one was okay for him.

Does the extinguisher spray water?

yes you can fill the extinguisher with water and it works or you may choose to just let your child use their imagination. it is a great toy fires were breaking out all over the place so he could use his new toy of course the fires were only pretend

How tall is the fire extinguisher and axe?

They’re a pretty good size. The fire extinguisher is about the size of a water bottle same with the axe. And FYI the extinguisher opens to water in. Which I didn’t know and learned the hard way with puddles all over the house lol.
